Do you have a catalog?
Yes and No. We do not offer a catalog that has every product and service that we offer. Information about our products can be found on the pages of our web site. We do have an online apparel catalog where you can look at different items that we offer. If you would like more information, please use the contact link at the top of the page.

Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes. We do have price breaks for higher quantities.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We offer Net 30 terms to schools, government agencies, and major corporations. All purchase orders are handled by written agreement only.

Do you offer “wholesale” or special prices to the “trade,” schools, or non-profit organizations?
Yes.

Do you sell “blank” or “unprinted” items?
Yes. Use the contact link at the top of the page for pricing and availability.

If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?
You should contact us immediately by phone, e-mail, or the contact link at the top of the page. We want to help you resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?
TA Design Company will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to approval. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund (15%-30% of total transaction). Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo or Graphic design services.

What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We accept many types of art files. The ideal file formats are: .cdr (CorelDraw), .eps, and .psd (Adobe Photoshop). We also accept .jpeg, .ai(Adobe Illustrator), Microsoft Word, .tiff, .gif, and many others.

How do I get my artwork to you?
There are 2 ways to send artwork to us. 1) You can email your art to us (please keep the file size under 10 mb.) 2) You can upload your artwork via FTP to our server.

I don’t have a design. Is there a charge to make a design for me?
It depends. We offer many free of charge art services. If you want us to create a completely custom design for you there will be a charge.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
TA Design Company is committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint any product that fails to meet our customers’ quality expectations. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.

What is your return policy?
Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify TA Design Company within 2 business days of order acceptance if any defects are discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 10 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.

Print FAQs

What paper stock do you print on?
Most of our products are printed on 14pt with UV coating or on 100lb gloss book stock with overall aqueous coating on both sides. Other options are available.

What kind of inks do you use?
All of our products are printed with four-color inks: (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black).
Color density less than 15% may not print.

What line screen do you print with?
We print with a 200 line screen (Lines Per Inch).

Can I request spot color?
No. We print using a 4-color process, meaning that all of our products are printed with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. We do not use any inks other than CMYK.

Can I write or print on UV coating?
No.

What kinds of varnish (coating) do you use?
We finish all of our products with an aqueous coating or UV coating.

Can you score and fold my card?
Yes. In most cases we can score and fold your order (due to limitations of our bindery process). Additional charge apply.

When preparing press-ready digital files, what size should I build my file to?
Please build your press-ready digital files to bleed size by adding 0.1″ dimension for business cards and postcards, and 0.125″ for all other products.

What is the required bleed?
Our standard bleed is 0.1″ or 0.125″ added to each overall dimension, but size varies by product. Files not built correctly may delay the order, or may add costs.

What if my cards don’t bleed?
We require ALL files to be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size. We automatically trim 0.1″ or 0.125″ off of each edge, which will result in the desired trim size.

How do I prepare files for trim?
Simply add 0.1″ or 0.125″ to each overall dimension of your digital layout. Example: a 5″ x 7″ would have a bleed size of 5.1″ x 7.1″. (Size varies by product.)

Apparel FAQs

Are your T-Shirts screen printed or are they iron-on transfers?
We screen print ALL t-shirts with the exception of digital printed t-shirts. “Photo” or “digitally imaged” T-shirts are printed on directly. We also use CAD-cut vinyl letters which are used for player names on the backs of “team” t-shirts; they are applied with a heat press.

Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?
No. The printed images on screen printed t-shirts are very durable and will hold up for a long time as they are directly printed onto the garment using plastisol ink. “Wash” tests that we’ve conducted in our shop also prove that the printing on “Photo” or “digitally imaged” t-shirts are durable and holds up to many washings before fading begins to occur. Also, however the image is printed on your shirts, the image will not peel off and can’t be otherwise removed.

What is the largest size that can be printed on a T-Shirt?
The maximum image size that we offer is 12″ X 16.”

Do you sell transfers that I can apply on my own shirts?
No.

Do you offer “youth” sizes?
Yes. We offer youth small (6-8), youth medium (10-12), and youth large (14-16).

Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X, etc. size shirts?
Yes. We offer up to 6X on some of the garments that we offer. However, not all colors are available in these size shirts. Call or e-mail for availability. Other charges apply.

Can I mix the shirt sizes in my order?
Yes. You can mix the sizes any way that you need to complete your order.
